Financial Controlling Analyst

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Operating Budget) with business-driven commentaries and analysis in a timely and accurate manner.Review and validate period-end accruals for PO and non-PO expenses based on defined criteria and post manual accruals when necessary.Perform budgeting for finance cycles (OB/RF) in collaboration with market partners, providing high-quality variance analysis and business-focused recommendations.Ensure timely and accurate submission of PMI reports for budget and Rolling Forecast packages.Prepare scenarios and simulations to support decision-making; strengthen partnerships with stakeholders by addressing diverse financial and business needs.Prepare analysis and support internal and external audit requirements (including SOX controls), liaising with auditors and colleagues across the business as required.Escalate material variances and propose corrective actions.Participate in global and local projects focused on process improvement and simplification, driving the implementation of new ways of working and influencing enhancements across workflows.

 

 


 
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A self-driven professional with university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent,2-4 years of relevant experience in an international company,Ability to communicate (written and verbal) English.Analytical skills; data interpretation. Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.Agile and innovative problem solvingBusiness acumen, Action orientedConsumer centricityAdvanced knowledge in Excel, GMRB and SAPTagetik management is a plus.
