Your mission will be…

Operational Finance Tasks (initial focus):

Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial processing;Help ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements;Collaborate with different business lines to clarify and solve daily finance-related queries.

Development Toward Controlling (progressive learning track):

Support monthly reporting activities (cost center reports, accruals, variance analysis);Assist in budget preparation and forecast reviews;Participate in financial reviews with Business Line controllers;Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

We are looking for someone with…

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field;Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;SAP knowledge will be valued;Fluent English (written and spoken);Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;Professional ethics and problem-solving orientation;Proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams;Interest in working in an international environment.
