Financial Controller, 32 - 40 hours per week, hybrid, Eindhoven
As our new Financial Controller, you are the indispensable link responsible for ensuring our financial administration is always accurate, timely, and complete. You dive into the numbers but also look ahead: how can we make things even smarter, faster, and better?
Your responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the entire financial administration
Provide reporting and management information, including for Thales Group
Support further implementation and optimization of our new ERP solution, including Power BI
Contribute to and advise on process improvements
Work in a high-tech environment where production and development are key
About you
You’re hands-on, proactive, driven by curiosity and a sense of responsibility
You have experience with, or a strong affinity for, industrial control in a production or development environment
You love structure but aren’t afraid to explore new approaches
You can self-reflect, are open to feedback, and are not afraid to provide it yourself
You can mobilize people and ensure they understand the financial angle of the business
Meeting deadlines is second nature to you, and you anticipate accordingly
You have a relevant bachelor’s degree in finance (HBO level) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
