Overview This is an opportunity to join Publicis Health as a Financial Controller. You’ll be working directly with our key senior managers within our UK agencies and working directly on-site within the agencies, based in TVC and travelling to Windsor from time-to-time. The main purpose of this role will be to provide senior-level financial and operational support to the finance leads at Publicis Health and, for ad hoc requests to the Group Chief Financial Officer. What you'll do: Own the full month-end process and financial reporting cycles for Publicis Health Ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting in line with Publicis Groupe policies (Janus) Drive internal controls, audit readiness, and financial integrity Support budgeting and forecast cycles; track financial performance Client Relationship Expertise, partnering with key stakeholders including Finance Director, CFO, and General Managers Lead and develop the management accounting team Other duties include: Oversee AP processes, audit coordination, vendor contracts, WIP reviews & more What we're looking for: Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong finance background Experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, or Financial Controller Strong leadership and team management experience Confident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously Excellent communicator with ability to manage senior stakeholders Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Additional information Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
