Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Financial Controller in Tampa, FL!** Pay rate: $ 33.60/hr Shift availability Mon – Fri, 9a-6p (hybrid – 2 days work from home) **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume!** Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Financial Planning & Analysis: + You will be responsible for the budget, trend, and actual analysis, and full P&L consolidation + You will prepare, analyze, and review month-end close, trends, and budget information + You will assist in preparing presentations for senior management, providing risk and opportunity analysis to support better decision-making + Risk & Opportunity Management: + You will be responsible for real-time tracking of all P&L risks and opportunities, preparing and analyzing Compass reports + You will serve as a liaison between Brand Controllers, facilitating the exchange of budget, trend, and actual data + You will provide analytical support and business advice to enable better decision-making + Cost Control & Business Partnering: + You will conduct monthly budget meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring cost control and alignment with business objectives + You will prepare monthly journal entries/reversals for QVC accruals and actual reporting + You will work cross-functionally to drive process improvements and create value + You will perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelors degree – Finance or Accounting Experience requirements: + Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation. + Technical Proficiency: advanced Excel skills (minimum Xlookup, sumifs, pivot table, index match), SAP general ledger experience + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Business Partnering: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to thrive in a fast=paced environment As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
