Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across all group entitiesPrepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAPPrepare management reports & regulatory submissions, perform statutory to USGAAP bridge for all entitiesCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and completenessDrive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiencyStay up to date with changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on group reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong advantage3+ years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reportingStrong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principlesProficiency with Excel and ideally OneStreamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
