Financial Business Process Analyst
Job Title: Financial Business Process AnalystJob Description As a Financial Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results, while comparing the region's actual performance to budgets and forecasts by Product Line. You will collaborate with operations and commercial teams on the forecast and budget process for NAM Products, monitor the flow of liquidation entries on custom equipment builds, and understand intercompany impacts. Your expertise will help establish cash flow reporting standards in NAM related plants, support global initiatives, integration activities, and system improvements. Responsibilities + Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results compared to budgets and forecasts by Product Line. + Collaborate with operations and commercial teams on the forecast and budget process for NAM Products. + Monitor and understand the flow of liquidation entries on custom equipment builds, including reconciliation of milestone billings and revenue accruals/deferrals. + Investigate working capital items in the balance sheet and identify opportunities for process improvement. + Establish cash flow reporting standards in NAM related plants to enhance business profitability understanding. + Support global initiatives, integration activities, and system improvements. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. + Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Finance/Accounting role. + Strong expertise in financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). + Familiarity with project management. + Excellent knowledge of FP&A and management reporting principles, activities, and processes. + SAP experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Tableau experience preferred. Work Environment This position requires working onsite in the Minnetonka office, located just north of 62 and east of 494. The role involves being in the office five days a week and reporting to managers based in Pennsylvania and Canada. It's a short-term contract position until the end of the year, ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running in a manufacturing environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
