You’ll make an impact by
You drive the budget and forecast process, take over the quarterly volume planning, and align with the PLM team on relevant value flow models. You analyze, report and supervise the performance measurement of the overall profitability development of the responsible sales channels (plant, transfer pricing threshold and distribution channel). You coordinate and evaluate the medium-term market share development, including competitor observation with a regional and industry-specific perspective. You create a comprehensive business plan, considering indirect sales channels, and initiate, plan and control the sales increase measures. You take over the commercial responsibility for the development and implementation of pricing models, such as discount systems and annual target agreements as well as special price requests. You support PLM for pricing and list pricing, support the definition and implementation of lean order processing processes including IT procedures, and support continuous improvements of the digital quotation and processing environment. You train trainees and students in practical assignments within the department.This is how you'll win us over You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or similar. You have several years of profound work experience in finance-related functions, especially in the product business in manufacturing, regional sales, product cost accounting, R&D, planning, controlling and intercultural project work, preferably partly outside Europe. You have experience in solution, system and product business, and very good knowledge of our portfolio and global setup. You are excellent in strategic thinking, analytics, indirect leadership, intercultural and functional collaboration, end-to-end business knowledge (value flow models), business specifics in the product business (financing, configuration, calculation, and potentially contract design) and benchmarking. You have good knowledge in relevant SAP modules, data analysis (e.g. PowerBI, SAC, Office365, etc.), online sales (e.g. iMall, SiePortal, etc.) and are highly skilled in calculation and presentation techniques. You are highly motivated and dedicated to work independently to complete tasks. Willingness to travel (10%) and proficiency in English and German complete your profile.
