ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all lease administration/ financial duties, including AP/AR.Ensure compliance with financial property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental directivesPreparation of operating and capital budgets, track variances, perform year-end reconciliations, and ensure smooth recovery processAccurately abstract all property leases in lease administration softwareMaintain interface with third-party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely financial reportingParticipate in financial and client team meetings and ensure effective communication between accountants and property management team members in order to achieve client’s goals and objectivesProvide and foster positive relationships with tenants, clients and third-party entities

IMPORTANT EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of real estate financial management, admin or related financial experienceStrong knowledge of financeAbility to analyze, prioritize, and deliver.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Yardi would be a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment in the greater Lisbon area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, videoconference and phones.
