Financial Assistant 2 + Job Number: 25185 + Functional Area: Finance/Accounting + Department: Prog in Science, Technology, & Society + School Area: Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences + Pay Range Minimum: $27.00 + Pay Range Maximum: $32.90 + Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid) + Employment Category: Non-Exempt + Visa Sponsorship Available: No + Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + Pay Grade: 5 Email a Friend Save Save Apply Now Posting Description FINANCE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT, Program in Science, Technology, & Society, will provide financial and administrative support to the Program in Science, Technology, and Society (STS); support the Program’s financial, operations, and human resources activities; serve as the procurement card verifier for STS faculty, others working with the faculty, and Director, Administration and Finance (DAF); prepare and submit travel expense report for faculty, others working with the faculty, and DAF; prepare request for payments and reimbursements for STS faculty, others working with the faculty and DAF; process honoraria, pay invoices and travel reimbursements for visitors paid from faculty accounts; prepare and submit purchase order requisitions for STS faculty, and others working with the faculty; monitor cost object balances; process journal vouchers; and oversee and maintain financial documentation and electronic files.
