Purpose

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting all financial planning & analysis activities related to budgeting, forecasting, expense management with respect to Actuals, Plan, Update, Long Range Plan, monthly Forecast, and ad-hoc analysis as needed to support day-to-day operations and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries, accrual management and variance analysis.Provide timely information to Financial Shared Services for month-end close.Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across multiple expense areas.Retrieve, consolidate, and analyze financial data from reporting systems (e.g., SAP, BPC).Deliver ad-hoc analysis and financial support to internal business teams as needed.Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information shared with cross-functional partners.Support compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and accounting standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting; prior experience as an Analyst preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).Experience with SAP, BPC, or other ERP/planning systems is an advantage.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Hybrid minimum 3 days in office is required for this role.
