You will be a Senior Financial Analyst on the THAAD Production Finance Team, supporting a range of program finance functions in a fast-paced environment. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and providing business acumen to position our organization for success.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support Long-Range Planning (LRP) for the business area, manage financial metrics, and communicate financial performance to senior management. You will provide financial leadership and work with program personnel across various functions to drive affordability and win future programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Long-Range Planning (LRP) and managing financial metrics for the business area
• Communicating financial performance to senior management and providing support for Contract Status Reviews (CSRs)
• Providing financial leadership and business acumen to program personnel across various functions
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
• Ensuring contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting or related
discipline
Financial Customer Reporting
Program Financial Planning Analysis (Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash)
CSR and LRP Generation
Preparing accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience with developing and reporting business metrics
Knowledge of Government contracting and pricing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily
Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
