This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a BPC Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Support in the SLS monthly close process including analysis and reporting of actuals, ARE analysis of key KPIs, variance analysis, monthly forecast call package and commentary for Executive Management

Support in development of month/quarterly forecast - analysis of bottom-up submissions and CRM inputs from legal entities to derive SLS forecast

Preparing executive level reports and financial presentations including the development and maintenance of executive dashboards

Ensuring end to end coordination between all stakeholders, including accounting, R&D, SCM and CRM finance

Supporting to drive digitalization within the business by supporting the management and development of dashboards, apps and tools used

Support in cost center controlling and optimization through support in productivity and cost saving initiatives across the organization

Develop reporting packages for balance sheet, income statement, FCF statements, headcount on a monthly basis

Forecast and manage FX rate impacts on future outlooks, and manage hedges for future consideration

Support in Risk and Internal Control (RIC) and external audit requests

Actively improves processes with process improvement methods to ensure effectiveness within DX reporting & controlling

Clear accountability and ownership of forecasting guidance and results

Point of contact for SHS Accounting & Controlling team; involving addressing questions and providing updates on Actuals and forecasts on a monthly / quarterly basis

Ability or willingness to learn PowerBi, Tableau, KNIME, Access etc.

Self-driven and resourceful to ensure that deadlines are met

Reliable team player willing to go the extra mile when necessary

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or other related field

Required past experience: 3-8 years experience

Required amount of travel: <5%

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint (Think cell)
