Dive into the dynamic world of corporate finance with the global leader in tax preparation services. This immersive, multi-rotation program is designed to let you explore your passions while gaining hands-on training and exposure across five essential areas of corporate finance. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete six-month rotations in each of the following departments: Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning & Analysis. As an RFA, you'll sharpen your leadership skills, grow your professional network, and make a real impact on the business. This role sets you up for success within any department placement at H&R Block at the conclusion of the rotation. This role is specifically focused on corporate financial analysis and is not aligned with career paths centered on public accounting. Candidates with a strong interest in public accounting may find this position less suited to their professional goals.
