Responsibilities Provide strategic support to the organization in helping to maximize its ability to establish, market, manage and service loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses Deals with complex loans made to corporate and/or municipal entities Obtaining and verifying accurate financial data Conducting risk assessment with the determination of the need, value, economic potential, and environmental impact of a project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Financial Analysis 10 years specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS- 12; or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial financing and credit. Demonstrated successful experience working with Federal personnel at all levels of an organization Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication with a commitment to high quality output Experience working with reviewing and analyzing financial data and making recommendations for financial programs Highly organized, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively People oriented, with the ability to remain objective e and communicate well with a range of personalities and audiences Ability to identify and make recommendations for opportunities to streamline or gain efficiencies through processes or procedures Ability to manage large complex spreadsheets and database tools Ability to build advanced presentations, reports, and charts for effective communication to executives, leadership, and their customers. Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
