Responsibilities: + Create budget and forecast presentations with key performance insights and cash impact + Analyze business scenarios to guide investment and resource allocation decisions + Conduct variance analysis and improve forecast accuracy + Perform financial analysis and build strategic models for leadership decision-making + Develop financial plans and analysis aligned with strategic objectives + Partner with teams to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts + Assist with investor due diligence and annual audit preparation + Contribute to the monthly financial close process + Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling support Requirements Requirements + 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally in Corporate FP& A + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred + Strong ability to structure frameworks and solutions for complex business questions + Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building financial models and presentations + Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and communicating with all levels of management + Adaptable in fast-changing environments; able to manage and prioritize multiple projects Nice to Have + Experience with Netsuite, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning tools + Background in internet/tech industry, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
