Job Description

Position Overview:

The focus of the role is evaluation and analysis of the company’s financial situation, preparing feasibility studies, undertaking marketing and sales analysis, preparing operating reports, ensuring accurate complex calculations of commission and incentives for specific roles in the organization as well as making recommendations and preparing reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake financial and investment analysisPrepare feasibility studies, investment proposals and sensitivity analysis for M&A projectsSupport HR with complex calculations of commission and incentivesMaintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidentialSupport the Senior Financial Analyst, extracting and analyzing financial data from various sources and ensuring overall accuracy of reporting analytics and database managementWork closely with various departments to collect data that will support analysisAssemble spreadsheets and prepare charts and graphs to illustrate financial information for managementProvide analysis of company’s marketing expensesAdvise on cost controls and prepare cost reportsProvide supportive financial analysis to help decision making processFollow and effectively manage reporting timelines; andPerform ad hoc analysis on request

QualificationsBachelors/Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related field;Strong knowledge of financial modeling and financial analysis;Strong analytical skills (ability to read, interpret and communicate detailed quantitative data);Intermediate level or above in MS Excel and experience in Real Estate Development would be advantageous;A polite and tactful communication style;Highly flexible and ability to work under pressure;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to self-manage; andProficiency in English and Thai languages
