Position Summary:

 

The Financial Analyst/Cost Accountant will utilize strong accounting, financial reporting and analytical skills to support MB Operations.

 

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Prepare financial / operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis to support MB OperationsPrepare and book Journal Entries and maintain balance sheet account reconciliationsMaintain key metrics as requiredHelp leverage technology to automate and streamline processes & reportingParticipate in the annual plan processAny other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong analytical skills with an ability to focus on the detailsStrong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skillsProficient in the use of ExcelUnderstanding of Cost Accounting / Activity Based ModelingStrong organizational and time management skillsPossess a Professional DemeanorAbility to work independently/self-managed and in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Required Education and Experience:  

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 1 years of general work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
