Financial Analyst (In Office)
Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for two operating companies, working closely with business units, finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets. This role ensures expenditures align with organizational objectives, financial guidelines, and regulatory requirements while supporting informed decision-making across the business.

ResponsibilitiesPerform moderately complex financial analyses to evaluate the impact of business issues and decisions, recommending strategies to optimize financial performance.Assess the financial implications of strategic and tactical resource allocation plans on profitability, financial integrity, and competitive positioning.Develop, review, and consolidate financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and management decision-making.Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Provide actionable insights into financial performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Manage financial oversight for critical or high-visibility projects beyond standard analyst responsibilities, as directed by leadership.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.Support and collaborate with other financial analysts by resolving issues or removing obstacles that arise during project execution.Essential SkillsFinancial analysisBudgetingForecastingFinancial modelingReportingFP&AAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detailAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field3–5+ years of experience in finance, including budgeting, budget analysis, forecasting, and financial planningExperience with SAP and BOBJ reporting tools (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsDemonstrated critical thinker and self-starter with the ability to analyze complex information and exercise sound judgmentWork Environment

The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime as needed during peak periods. This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $41.00/hr.
