Financial Analyst III
Job Title: Financial Analyst III Job Description The Financial Analyst will support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis to enhance the efficiency and predictability of the Seller Support Contact Centers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supporting the closure of active accounts to reduce spending by collaborating with the tax department and reviewing current balances. Responsibilities + Support internal customer groups and the controller in finance and accounting matters, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control. + Collaborate with functional leaders and finance partners to develop scalable financial processes and business metrics. + Provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners, recommending cost-saving measures and process improvements. + Assist in strategic operational planning, addressing identified risks and opportunities for the business team. + Write systems queries to gather financial data and perform data mining and analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, and SQL. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. + 4+ years of relevant finance experience. + Advanced knowledge of Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations. + Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication. + Ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis. + Experience with Cognos and SQL is a strong plus. + Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and capable of presenting findings to senior management. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite with a preference for candidates who can work onsite regularly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
