Position:Financial Analyst III
Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Financial Analyst, supporting the Global Supply Chain team and other departments. In this role, you will be responsible for global financial reporting and analysis, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, P&L consolidation, and client reporting. You will analyze the organization’s financial performance against plans and forecasts, perform monthly budget variance analysis, and prepare financial reports, charts, and other project-related analytics for both internal and external stakeholders.

Success in this role will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will partner with business units to resolve issues and provide regular updates to company executives on financial performance. Additional key attributes include adaptability to change, the ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, and a global mindset.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic finance professional to lead the reporting process and drive impactful outcomes.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting: Produce client-facing and internal business unit reports that analyze and interpret business trends, providing actionable insights and conclusions. Consolidate financial data from various regions and business units to deliver a comprehensive view of financial results. This is a high-visibility role that involves presenting financial results to business leaders on a monthly basisPlanning and Forecasting: Understand the various elements of the P & L and B/S and their relationship and provide detailed analysis of the data to the business unit leaders. Leads the forecasting process across all regions and business units.  Consolidates the forecast to be used in monthly reporting.P&L Analysis: Conduct independent analysis and interpretation of the business unit P&L and its components when requested by Finance leadership or Business.Budget and Forecast: Develop monthly and quarterly project budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, identify drivers and trends that result in actionable decision making.Executive Meeting Prep: Assist in the preparation of Executive- level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews and monthly spend reviews, and engage with Senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.Client Relations: Support management by preparing and understanding client facing reporting, resolutions, and presenting problem resolutions to client during weekly calls.Projects: Work on projects assigned by manager and as necessitated by business partners or clients.  Uses high analytical skills to put together accurate and detailed analysis.Business Partnering: Establish relationships with business partners around the world to facilitate in the accurate collection of monthly financial data and understanding business trends.

What We Are Looking For:

Proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle a plusAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel  Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, and/or production service businessesCustomer service experienceKnowledge of accounting principlesFortune 200 Business Finance / FP&A experienceExperience managing cross functional projects

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$77,000.00 - $93,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
