**Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for filling the role of Financial Analyst II, supporting various programs and miscellaneous task order awards. Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports that are delivered to the customer. Pulls weekly General Ledger reports from COGNOS (reporting software) and reconciles that data, prepares and submits adjusting entries as required when errors are discovered. Prepares Purchase Requisitions for Subcontractors. Reviews and processes subcontractor invoices. Reviews Contracts and modifications provided by Contracts Team and provides any relevant comments regarding approval or changes needed. Reviews invoices to customers and works with Billing to resolve any issues. Prepares customer invoice reconciliation reports. Reviews, identifies, and coordinates resolutions of Accounts Receivable issues. Provides month-end close review and report preparations internally. Performs other related duties as assigned. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
