Financial Analyst II

Hyperion Planning Administrator responsible for administering the Hyperion environment and supporting FP&A with data management, reporting, and financial analysis.

Job Requirements

Hyperion Planning administration experience (system maintenance, metadata, security, forms, rules).

Experience managing data loads, source files, and processes for financial planning and reporting.

Background in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles.

Experience reviewing monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans and preparing variance analyses.

Experience preparing or supporting quarterly financial reports related to earnings releases and SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K).

Strong Excel skills for modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

Preferred Skills

Power BI experience for dashboards, visualization, and self-service reporting.

SharePoint experience for document and data management.

Experience with business driver models and driver-based planning.

Experience performing market, product, and customer revenue/profitability analysis.

Experience with competitor analysis and external benchmarking.

Job Responsibilities

Own Hyperion Planning environment administration, including system maintenance, data integrity checks, and user setup.

Participate in strategic direction, ongoing management, and administration of the Hyperion Planning system.

Manage critical source files and processes to ensure efficient and accurate data collection and reporting, including business driver models.

Support FP&A process and system improvement projects to enhance planning and reporting capabilities.

Review monthly actual, forecast, and plan performance; analyze deviations versus forecast, plan, and prior year and provide insights for senior management.

Prepare quarterly financial reports to support the earnings release process and 10-Q/10-K filings.

Analyze markets, products, and customer revenue and profitability and recommend actions to improve business results.

Conduct business and competitor analysis as well as external benchmarking.

Collaborate on ad hoc and recurring financial analyses to support management decision-making.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts across segments and resource units to facilitate efficient data gathering.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
