**The Role**
The Financial Analyst for US E&A handles performance control, financial planning and analysis, digital tools, and investment/productivity reporting. You will collaborate with, but not be limited to, the Head of Finance, BDM, PMO, PLM, and CA/CPM.
**This role, based in Wendell, NC or remote, reports to the Head of Finance, Electrification & Automation Service.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Lead performance controlling activities, including month-end commentary, executive-level presentation development, and support for global and local business inquiries related to key initiatives (e.g., Generator Circuit Breaker programs, Trayer synergies within the EA portfolio).
+ Report and analyze financial performance and progress on key productivity initiatives across VAM, SIA, and PUMA for the EA business.
+ Support and enhance advanced IT infrastructure and digital tools to ensure business continuity while driving digitalization and automation of internal processes.
+ Leverage AI-driven solutions to improve forecasting accuracy for Operating Income (OI), Revenue, and Free Cash Flow (FCF), including automation of PPC forecasting.
+ Develop and maintain investment tracking dashboards to ensure budget adherence and transparent financial oversight.
+ Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of education
