In our Finance division, caregivers use their knowledge and skill every day to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. As a Research Financial Analyst, you will serve as the primary resource for HVTI research, preparing, analyzing and reporting key financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) data. You will support the collection and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures through both standard and ad hoc reporting to meet enterprise needs.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. This position is onsite at Main Campus for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.

Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.

Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.

Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.

Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field OR A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience OR An Associate’s degree and two years of experience

Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development

Basic accounting skills and/or an accounting background

Ability and knowledge to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation

Computer skills such as word and excel

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification

One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience OR A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Associate’s degree and two years of experience

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
