Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

What you will do

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic Finance business partner, supporting R&D, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions. You’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives.

Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives and goals

Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver actionable insights

Partner with business leaders and cross functional teams to understand operational drivers and support data driven decision making

Provide day-to-day financial support and conduct detailed analysis to support functional reviews and leadership discussions

Maintain, enhance, and optimize financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Support the month end close process, including accruals, reporting, and preparation of financial packages

Provide analysis for ad hoc requests and contribute to ongoing process improvements

 

What you need

Required

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

1 year of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related field

1 year of business partnership

This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah, NJ, with an on-site presence required every Tuesday and Wednesday.

$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
