FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME

As part of, Eli Lilly Kinsale's Finance Graduate Programme, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work as part of the Kinsale manufacturing site finance/ tax team while studying towards a professional accountancy qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA). This programme is 3-3.5 years in total (depending on your exam exemptions) and will commence in September 2026.

The role will rotate across 2 of the following 3 areas:

Financial Planning and Forecasting/ Business PartneringGeneral Accounting including month end reporting and statutory accountsTax compliance and planning across all business Tax Heads

Responsibilities

Finance Graduates will play a key role within the team with opportunities to grow and learn while pursuing their ACA accountancy qualification. Each graduate will be assigned a mentor and take part in our internal personal development and mentor programmes. There are also plenty of opportunities to get involved in activities at the site including community initiatives, charity events, environmental sustainability initiatives, sports and social events and more.

Basic Requirements

Primary Honours Degree in Business, Accounting or related fields  Experience with Microsoft Office Programs – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Willing to pursue an ACA qualificationStrong organisational and documentation skillsEnergy & Enthusiasm to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive solutions-focused mind-set
