We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. As Financial Analyst (Asset Finance), you will be the primary contact for Flex Financial equipment finance programs, supporting the Regional Financial Analysts and Regional Finance Managers across Europe. The assignment focuses enabling the Flex Finance Operations Team by supporting them across regions to improve the contract setup process, streamline financing workflows, and strengthen collaboration. **What you will do:** + You will be the primary support to the Regional Financial Analysts and Regional Finance Managers across Europe (UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, BeNeLux, Nordics) + You will support the Flex Europe Team in ongoing projects. + You will be entering data on transactions processed outside of Salesforce to Oracle. + You will support the Financial Analysts on standard transactions + You will collaborate with Divisional Management, Stryker Flex legal counsel, Business Services, Sales Reps, End User Customers to ensure superior financing experiences for Stryker customers. + You will price creative finance proposals, restructure existing financing contracts, respond to numerous inquiries, and facilitate transactions at the origination stage. + You will work on credit-checks with our partner banks, building cases and deal summaries for complex requests. + You will multi-task and problem solve while effectively balancing the needs of our customers to deliver accurate, concise contracts for signing. + You will complete equipment finance documentation (primarily for on amendments and extensions that involve no changes in funding structure) for Stryker Flex Financial customers in the Healthcare Industry. **What you will need:** + Bachelor's degree + Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy + Exceptional organizational and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and ensure transparency + Minimum half year experience in a similar role + **Fluent English (Fluency in other European languages is an advantage)** + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word + High team and service orientation **What we offer in return:** + We grow talent: we give you the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths.
