Your Role
At Hyatt Inclusive Collection, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our corporate Finance – Hotel Administration team in Palma de Mallorca.Reporting to the Hotels Administration Director, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across our portfolio.
Your Responsabilities
-Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures and guidelines
-Manage and oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data
-Prepare and review hotel financial reports, including GOP and PL analysis
-Provide financial support to Hotel Management, auditors and internal departments
-Monitor bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, accruals and intercompany transactions
-Oversee invoice accounting processes and approval workflows within the ERP system
-Manage fixed assets, inventories, forecasts and payroll accounting processes in coordination with HR
-Support tax processes and statutory reporting (SII, AEAT, INE)
-Coordinate and resolve discrepancies between PMS, ERP and financial platforms

2–3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial analysisPrevious experience in hospitality, services or multi-entity environments is a strong plusSolid knowledge of financial closing, reconciliations and reportingExperience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus)Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plusStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProactive, well-organized and effective communication skillsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similarAdvanced level of English (mandatory)2–3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial analysisPrevious experience in hospitality, services or multi-entity environments is a strong plusSolid knowledge of financial closing, reconciliations and reportingExperience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus)Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plusStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProactive, well-organized and effective communication skillsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similarAdvanced level of English (mandatory)
