**What's in it for you:**
This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting operations finance at Trane Technologies, Lynn Haven, FL manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing daily manufacturing metrics and turning this into useful analysis for the operations team. You will be a part of the daily execution to drive OPEX initiatives and a lean manufacturing environment. You will participate in the forecasting & budgeting processes and will be a key player in strategy development. This will be a highly developmental role designed to take the successful candidate to the next level in manufacturing finance.
**What you will do:**
+ Report & publish daily manufacturing metrics to the operations team
+ Support the development and execution of OPEX/Lean initiatives to drive annual productivity
+ Support the month-end close process with responsibility for posting journal entries, analyzing and reporting results, and performing account reconciliations
+ Support annual standard costing, the annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes
+ Support SOX requirements
+ Lead and execute a successful annual physical inventory count
+ Maintain standard work procedures
+ Manage direct materials accounting and analysis (understanding all impacts such as PPV, usage, and inbound freight + tariffs)
+ Help mentor and develop finance interns as required
+ Accept ad-hoc assignments as needed to provide useful analysis to team members in operations
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
+ 1 to 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
+ A great attitude including being collaborative, transparent, and ethical
+ Be highly inquisitive with a desire to learn and improve processes
+ Excellent leadership capabilities with a servant leader's approach to management
+ A desire to work as a team and put the best interest of the team ahead of personal successes
**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**
$45,400.00 - $92,500.00
