We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support dynamic manufacturing and Quality Control operations within a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. This role will play a critical part in reviewing and approving procurement requests, developing financial forecasts, supporting monthly reporting and variance analysis, and partnering closely with cross‑functional business teams operating complex manufacturing programs.
The ideal candidate is strategic, highly analytical, and comfortable influencing business decisions through data‑driven insights. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and management, helping guide investment decisions and long‑range planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide investment guidance during shifting or unexpected business conditionsReview and approve purchase orders (POs) and procurement requestsPrepare financial forecasts, monthly reporting packages, and variance analysesPresent concise financial summaries and business insights to leadershipDevelop and support long‑range financial and business planning initiativesCreate and maintain financial models to evaluate new business concepts and assess financial impactBuild, enhance, and analyze P&L models for new and existing operationsDevelop KPI dashboards and deliver ad hoc financial analysesWork with large data sets, transforming complex data into meaningful insightsLead automation and process‑improvement efforts to scale and simplify financial workflowsProactively identify and resolve financial reporting or process gapsParticipate in broader finance initiatives, including process improvements and periodic reportingMust‑Have Qualifications4+ years of professional finance or financial analysis experienceStrong Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysisExperience preparing variance analysisPurchase order (PO) review and approval experienceSolid understanding of basic financial analysis principlesNice‑to‑Have / Preferred SkillsExperience with financial planning or reporting tools such as:HyperionEssbaseIBM Cognos / TM1Experience working with large or complex data setsExposure to automation or business intelligence tools is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForStrong ownership mindset with a proven ability to deliver resultsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environmentCollaborative team player with strong problem‑solving skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
