Key Responsibilities + Build and maintain financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, forecasts, KPIs, FX, and debt schedules + Perform short- and long-term forecasting using data-driven and operational inputs + Conduct variance analysis, validate models, and investigate discrepancies with actionable recommendations + Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization + Analyze “what-if” scenarios and support covenant and compliance reviews + Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and business decisions Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics + 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements + Knowledge of corporate finance concepts, valuation, and capital structures + Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) + CPA, CFA, or FPAC preferred Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.
