Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, forecasts, KPIs, FX, and debt schedulesPerform short- and long-term forecasting using data-driven and operational inputsConduct variance analysis, validate models, and investigate discrepancies with actionable recommendationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organizationAnalyze “what-if” scenarios and support covenant and compliance reviewsPartner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accountingStrong understanding of GAAP and financial statementsKnowledge of corporate finance concepts, valuation, and capital structuresAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics)CPA, CFA, or FPAC preferredJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
