Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing strategic decision support to drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with different departments, and contribute to key company initiatives. Responsibilities: • Create comprehensive five-year forecasts for growth opportunities related to acquisitions, greenfield, and brownfield projects. • Partner with operations teams to formulate growth strategies and analyze the financial performance of past acquisitions. • Provide decision support for capital expenditure projects, lease renewals, and facility integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Build and maintain detailed financial models and analyses to guide strategic business initiatives. • Manage monthly reporting for new center budgets and assess their impact on the fiscal year plans. • Offer insights and recommendations to the corporate development team through thorough financial analysis. • Deliver accurate and timely reports, while contributing to ad-hoc analyses as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area, with a strong focus on detail-oriented tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced capabilities. • Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with leadership at all levels. • Creative thinker with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude. • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. • Solid understanding of financial principles, methodologies, and general accounting concepts.
