Job Title: Decision Support AnalystJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Decision Support Analyst to conduct financial, statistical, and analytical reviews. This role involves preparing and assisting in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations. The successful candidate will participate in cross-functional teams to support financial requirements and ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. As a specialized subject matter expert in complex healthcare accounting functions, you will act as a lead for the team and direct workflow accordingly. You will also reconcile and maintain financial, statistical, and productivity data from multiple sources into Axiom. Responsibilities + Conduct financial, statistical, and analytical reviews. + Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations. + Participate in cross-functional teams to support financial requirements. + Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. + Serve as a subject matter expert in complex healthcare accounting functions. + Act as a lead for the team and direct workflow. + Reconcile and maintain financial, statistical, and productivity data from multiple sources into Axiom. Essential Skills + Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, and analysis. + 2-4 years of general ledger and/or healthcare experience. + 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst position. Work Environment This is a fully remote position, reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting. The position requires the candidate to reside in Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
