Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst provides analytical support to key strategic and operational decisions across the organization. This role involves conducting financial modeling, evaluating financial impacts, supporting forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies. The position also includes performing clerical, administrative, and technical financial support functions such as reporting, record maintenance, and month-end close activities, while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Responsibilities + Identify, research, and analyze financial issues and strategic decisions impacting the company. + Conduct financial modeling, revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations. + Assess financial impacts on the company’s profitability, capital structure, financial integrity, and competitive position. + Support strategic financial planning initiatives and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. + Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for senior management. + Assist with GAAP-related research, regulatory compliance reviews, and financial policy evaluations. + Ensure all financial transactions and reporting activities comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. + Maintain financial records, manage data retrieval and compilation, and support month-end close processes. + Track budgets, variances, costs, and key financial indicators. + Perform limited accounts payable, inventory, or indicator-tracking tasks as assigned. + Participate in cross-functional projects related to financial performance and operational efficiency. + Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals. Essential Skills + Proficiency in financial analysis, financial reporting, and general ledger management. + Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables. + Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting. + Strong analytical skills and knowledge of FP&A processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related technical field. + 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, financial structuring, or regulatory compliance. + Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking. + Preferred 2–5 years of clerical, administrative, or technical financial support experience. + Supervisory experience preferred, if applicable. Work Environment The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative office environment, utilizing advanced financial technologies and software. The position may require participation in cross-functional projects, necessitating effective communication and teamwork skills. Adherence to business attire is expected within the professional setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
