Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering financial metrics and creating data visualizations to provide actionable insights for decision-making. You will also coordinate complex financial topics across the North American organization to ensure alignment with business unit targets.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Analyze regional financial performance and variances against targets, providing detailed reporting on product and customer margins to drive forward-looking business decisions.

Collaborate with Digital Delivery Teams and the Senior Finance Business Partner to track project bookings and deliver insights on actual versus modeled margin performance.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards by identifying process automation opportunities and standardizing financial tools across the region.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in FP&A within a global company.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and advanced financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.

Proven ability in data visualization and stakeholder management to communicate complex financial insights effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
