The Financial Analyst will support the FP&A manager in planning and analysis to establish the businesses financial forecasts and measure performance. This role will have the ability to work with cross functional teams to establish financial forecasts and measure business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the Operating Plan and Forecasting process. Support the FP&A manager whilst coordinating with cross functional teams.Provide weekly and monthly reporting and analysis to Senior LeadershipProvide support in preparing the monthly President Performance Review (PPR) pack submitted up to CorporateAssist in the preparation of presentations for the planning cycles and other adhoc requests – Reporting up to Druck Senior Leadership and CorporateAssist with the implementation of new reporting and analysis tools and dashboardsParticipate in process improvement and automation in the FP&A departmentSupport business unit FP&A team

QUALIFICATIONS

An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Accounting1 to 2 years of FP&A experience, preferably within a manufacturing companyHFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience (preferable)Advanced user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel Macros)Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgencyExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP Preferred)Experience with process improvement using Robotic Process Automation (Uipath), a plusExperience with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.), a plusExperience with Scripting Languages / Microsoft Technology (JavaScript, VB, NET, Python, PERL.), an advantage.
