Description

Consolidate and assist with the development of the annual budget, mid-year forecasts, and mid-month flashesCompile actual monthly/quarterly/annual results and assist with overall business analysisAssist with the development of three-statement monthly and quarterly business forecast and explanationsProduce financial models to assist with budgeting/forecasting for each of our manufacturing plantsImprove and maintain a liquidity model on a monthly basisWork with all functional groups within the business segments and participate in key strategic initiativesContribute to Board of Directors presentations and strategic planning updatesDrive continuous process improvement through:Modernization of legacy consolidation and reporting operationsIdentification and reporting of key financial metrics

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Financial modeling experience in ExcelDemonstrates a proactive approach to analysis by going beyond data tracking to identify key business drivers and deliver actionable insights and solutionsRegular and predictable in-person attendanceGeneral understanding of budgeting and forecasting processesFlexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet project deadlines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
