The Financial Analyst will be responsible for different European financial reporting and analysis. The financial analyst will be based in Cluj-Napoca and will report to the European Controller. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Involved in the monthly preparation and follow-up of the financial reporting of the European Ridge entities in accordance with US GAAP and Emerson’s principles. + Responsible for various monthly or quarterly reporting (internal and external) related to the financial or operational performance or statutory compliance. + Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the SG&A budget of the European distribution center + Responsible for standard costing and transfer pricing setup of and between the European entities in compliance with Transfer Pricing policies or regulations + Analysis and calculation of the year-end customers bonuses & MDF accruals + Support ad hoc financial analysis & data requests from Emerson or internal management team + Be the Finance voice within participation at cross departmental projects or Finance projects to improve processes or reporting flow. **Who You Are:** You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.
