Seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role is critical to supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the organization adheres to GAAP standards. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, and will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\nSupport the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.\nEnsure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).\nReview and validate journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end close.\nMaintain and reconcile the general ledger.\nConduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational efficiency.\nAssist with internal and external audits.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).\nMinimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.\nStrong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.\nProficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), and financial reporting tools.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
