Financial Analyst
Air Swift
Airswift is seeking a Finance Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio Bonito with a major Maintenance and repair of vessels and floating structures Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work directly on reviewing accounting records for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, in partnership with outsourced accounting, to ensure the correct allocation of Revenue, Costs, and Expenses, as well as provide information for the final report to the Head Quarter, ensuring the accuracy of the figures;
• Work on managing Cash Flow and disseminating it through weekly reports, ensuring that all inflows and outflows are properly recorded;
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to track the monthly performance of the business, providing management with information for decision-making;
• Participate in periodic physical counts of inventory and fixed assets, ensuring that the figures reported in the balance sheet reflect reality;
• Assist in the development of the annual budget exercise, as well as quarterly forecast exercises, analyzing the trends of each group of accounts and product lines to accurately project results; • Analyze monthly results and provide insights to the Finance Manager regarding cost and process optimization;
• Advise the Finance Manager on various analyses, particularly regarding process optimization, cost management, pricing strategies, etc.;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in multinational companies;
• Experience with ERPs (SAP, Alterdata, or similar);
• Experience in inventory control and auditing;
• Solid experience in Excel, using formulas and pivot tables. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Power BI is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and financial procedures;
• Intermediate English.
