Job Description Abbott is looking for a   **Financial Analyst**  to join the **S** **tru** **ctural Heart Division** at our EMEA Headquarters in Diegem. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of automation and analytics solutions, streamlining FPA processes and enhancing decision – making support for the EMEA Management team. Abbott’s Structural Heart division is dedicated to transforming the treatment of heart valve disease and other structural heart conditions. Our team works at the forefront of cardiovascular innovation, collaborating across functions to deliver life-changing therapies. **Role and Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Finance team + Design and implement automation solution to streamline reporting and planning processes + Deliver timely and accurate actuals reporting and variance analysis + Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles + Prepare EMEA management reports and consolidations + Support Marketing with financial insights and analysis + Review & evaluate analytics methods to ensure consistency, ensure data integrity across tools (HFM, SAP, BO, Dodeca, Power BI) + Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations + Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management **Your Profile:** + University degree in Applied Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field + MBA or analytics certification is a plus + 3–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or data analytics + Strong understanding of FP&A processes and strategic planning + Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAP, BO, Dodeca, HFM + Experience with automation tools and data visualization + Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment + Fluent in English **Our Offer:** At Abbott, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and international environment.
