Job Description An employer is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will join a small team and will assist with managing and tracking budgets. They will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals, variance reporting and managing budget for capex and opex spending. They will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring 100% accuracy. They will do daily financial reporting, month end close, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for stakeholders. They will also assist with tracking and matching POs, reporting, and assisting with other budgeting tasks. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of Finance or Accounting experience Ability to tick and tie financial statements Experience with actuals reporting and forecasting Strong Excel skills, with pivot tables, v-lookups, sum if statements Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy Ability to cross reference data in multiple systems and identify discrepancies General ledger accounting experience Experience working with Essbase or a similar database Experience working with Ariba
