Overview

Reporting into the Director of Finance, Ti-Mill, this is a high visibility role with direct working relationships with Plant Senior Leadership, HR, and Operations. This role will be responsible for driving accurate financial projections, results, internal controls, and providing meaningful analysis to help the leadership team meet financial targets. Examples include but are not limited to the following:

Providing general accounting support for Ti-Mill Operations by ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place, Corporate Policies are followed and items are monitored until resolution. Supporting the monthly closing process including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and information requests.Supporting the completion of the physical inventory of metal and fixed assets. Reporting the plant’s financial results, including tracking of monthly financial projections against actual results.  Monitoring spending levels and providing appropriate feedback to leadership team. Oversight of vendor purchase orders, invoice and problem resolution to ensure accurate spend and accrual projections.Accounts Receivable cash collections monitoring, forecast, projections, and aging balances review activities. Assisting in performing annual compliance testing for the Financial and Business processes within the plant.     Performing other duties as assigned. 

 Skills

Manufacturing finance and accounting background, with experience with GAAP requirements for revenue recognition.Experience working with site leadership, presenting information and results.Strong analytical skills, with comfort in manipulating large data sets, drawing strategic insights and communicating upwards.Entrepreneurial spirit, with comfort in dealing with ambiguity and working independently.Proven discipline of reporting timeliness and accuracy.
