**Overview** The Financial Analyst works closely with the broader Finance and Accounting teams to provide detailed insights and accompanying analyses that offer line of sight into the financial health and performance of the business. The Financial Analyst supports corporate and operations leadership while serving as a trusted resource able to consistently and accurately execute financial analyses that shape the direction of the business with the support of finance managers and directors. Hybrid position: On-site minimum 1 day per week at ATI's Corporate office in Downers Grove, IL. **Responsibilities** + Assist in producing cross-functional financial reporting and contributing to the communication of monthly financial results. + Assist in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, providing and quantifying business insights through variance analysis and strategic problem-solving. + With the support of the team, coach, appropriately challenge, and encourage ATI Leaders in business optimization. + Analyze data, provide insights, and partner with ATI Leaders to develop strategy. + Conduct ad hoc analysis on complete datasets, build advanced forecasting models and interpret results to influence decisions. **Qualifications** **Minimum Education** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree in business-related field **Preferred** + Strong academic background and motivated for ongoing professional growth. **Min Experience** **Required:** + Related work experience required. **Preferred:** + Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting is a plus + Experience with Oracle EPM and/or Tableau is a plus **Knowledge Skills and Abilities** + Ability to translate large sets of data into actionable insights + Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot performance issues + Problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to communicate, handle certain assignments independently but also work with the support and direction of others + Ability to manage time and priorities effectively with the support managers + Refined interpersonal skills; and ability to build relationships and trust with team members + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Advanced level proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is required **Virtual Employee?** Hybrid **Salary Range** $67,000 - $73,000 **Location/Org Data : Dept Number** CORPIL **ReqID** _2025-26537_ **Job Locations** _US-IL-Downers Grove_ **Job Category** _Corporate - Accounting/Finance_ **Pay Class** _Full Time_
