Financial Analyst

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for Purchasing Card (Pcard) operations, specifically for U.S. and Canadian transactions. It also entails various responsibilities related to account setup, account management, process improvement, fraud prevention, and financial support. This role requires strong prioritization, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance.

Job Qualifications:
3+ years of financial analytics experience, required.Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access), required.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks effectively.Solid understanding of financial processes, including month-end close and GL review.Experience in audit compliance, Pcard operations, and fraud detection, is a plus.Strong communication skills for training, support, and collaboration with internal and external teams.Familiarity with financial systems and software related to card operations and supplier payments.Excellent data management skills and a working knowledge base.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projectsPhysical Requirements:
