In this position... 

As a Finance Analyst you will work within the Enterprise Technology Business Office to help Ford move forward by managing and tracking Financials for different portfolios. In this role you will be a finance Analyst for Enterprise Platforms Engineering & Operations (EPEO) especially for the regions of North America, Europe, Mexico & Canada. You will work closely with EPEO Service teams to manage and prioritize monthly & full year financials as well as forecast, track, report, and provide leadership with total Actuals + Forecast spend.

 

What you'll do...

Prepare and manage monthly accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.Conduct financial forecasting, working closely with Service team planners to refine projections.Lead monthly financial review meetings with Service teams, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights.Responsible for ensuring accuracy of Forecast within forecasting tool called Nicus.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial planning processes.Review and approve invoices, ensuring compliance with financial policies and budget alignment.Generate ad hoc financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Provide variance analysis, risk assessment, and opportunity insights to upper management.

 

You'll have...

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), coupled with Analytical, problem-solving skills and a Detail-oriented mindset.Customer service mindsetStrong Project Finance/Accounting Skills for corporate environment (forecasts, budgets, actuals, accruals, understanding cap/exp, etc.)Ability to communicate financial insights effectively across teams.Analyze the Purchase Orders to help the Service teams with the invoice reconciliation.

 

 

Even better, you may have...

Strong understanding of capital/expense budgets and how investment and operating budgets differ to ensure proper alignment of funds. Knowledge of NICUS or similar financial reporting softwareKnowledge of SAP Ariba/CPARS or similar platforms

Financial Project Management experience

This position is a salary grade SG7
