For more information, visit the Nespresso corporate. **What to Expect:** In this role, you will provide financial and analytical support to the Business Controller and B2B Commercial team, working alongside cross-functional partners to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting for the Canadian market. You will analyze revenue, marketing budget, and commissions, explaining key variances, and support ad-hoc projects to ensure compliance and identify savings opportunities. **A day in the life:** **Business Co-Piloting** + Support the Business Controller in preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts for revenue and costs + Perform cost and revenue variance analysis to guide the manager in the decision making process + Provide financial mentoring to budget owners regarding their activities **Business Planning and Analysis** + Review monthly/quarterly closings and dynamic forecasts and respond to questions raised by Nespresso HQ Finance department + Prepare and review Volumes and Revenue actuals datas for business to business (B2B) channel + Analyse the monthly Marketing and Commissions expenses versus budget and latest dynamic forecast in the management reports and investigate variances with the various managers in the market before the financial reports are published. + Coordinate and lead all aspects of monthly Accrual process with key collaborators **Projects** + P&L (Profit & Loss) simulations full process until approval, working with salesteam + Proactively work with business to evaluate cost benefit of new services or activities. + Provides financial support for all business to business (B2B) departments and their projects. + Support new analysis and tools, identify initiatives with focus on profitability, performance and efficiency **Budget Control** + Assist and train Commercial Teams to accurately manage their P&L per customer + Review budgets, focusing on Marketing expenses and Commissions to make sure budget procedures are adhered to.
