Salary Mid-Point: $85,000 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Permanent Our client, a very large and respect public company located downtown is looking to hire a Financial Analyst on a full-time base.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a growing and very dynamic team.

***This role requires you to be in office 5 days a week 

As the Financial Analyst your duties will include the following;

Lending Reporting Prepare and validate high-volume financial data related to lending activity Build and maintain balance sheets, income statements, debt yield calculations, and interest payment schedules Review financial documents to ensure accuracy prior to technical review Liaise with internal accounting teams and external stakeholders for data collation and clarification Manage competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail Management Reporting Support debt covenant monitoring and compliance reporting Present and analyze financial statements (B/S and P&L) in the context of lending requirements Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports for internal and external use To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; CPA in progress Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in lending or financial services Proven ability to manage large volumes of financial data under tight timelines Strong knowledge of debt instruments, yield calculations, interest accruals, and derivatives Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of working independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems If you're qualified and interested in this role, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to Abbie Cheng at abbie@ifgpr.com.
